Rep. Stephanie Barnard testifies in support of increasing county meeting opportunities
Rep. Stephanie Barnard, R-Pasco, testifies before the Local Government Committee on increasing county meeting opportunities. Barnard's legislation, House Bill 1645, would allow a county legislative authority to hold regular meetings once per month in a city within the county that has a greater population than the county seat.
