Rep. Stephanie Barnard, R-Pasco, testifies in support of advanced nuclear reactor technology. Barnard's legislation, House Bill 1584, would require advanced nuclear reactor technology be considered along with other carbon-neutral energy alternatives when planning and implementing the state's clean energy goals.
